技術士 建設部門(河川、砂防及び海岸・海洋/建設環境)
2002年、法政大学工学部卒業後、国際航業株式会社 環境計画部に入社。主に、河川や道路の環境整備計画、景観デザイン、地域連携等の業務に従事。当時は、住民参加型事業も多く、地元と行政のまとめ役を担うコンサルティングを学ぶ。その後、河川環境整備に関する事業効果分析や、河川の効率的な維持管理にむけた情報解析、河川防災の分野等に幅広く従事。2011年に技術士を取得後、これらの業務の管理技術者を担う。2012年に業務で関東地方整備局 局長表彰(業務表彰、優良技術者表彰)受賞。2018年より環境保全部 河川アセットグループ長、2021年より現職。45歳。昨今は、空間情報を活用した河川管理の高度化・効率化、DX推進等に注力。

After graduating from Hosei University's Faculty of Engineering in 2002, joined Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd.'s Environmental Planning Department. Mainly engaged in work such as environmental improvement planning for rivers and roads, landscape design, and regional cooperation. At that time, there were many projects that involved resident participation, and he learned about consulting, which was responsible for coordinating the local community and the government. After that, he engaged in a wide range of fields such as project effect analysis related to river environment improvement, information analysis for efficient river maintenance and management, and river disaster prevention. After obtaining his professional engineer degree in 2011, he took on the role of a management engineer for these operations. In 2012, he received the Kanto Regional Development Bureau Director's Award (Business Award, Excellent Engineer Award) for his work. Head of River Asset Group, Environmental Conservation Department since 2018, current position from 2021. 45 years old. Recently, we have been focusing on improving the sophistication and efficiency of river management using spatial information and promoting DX.
